Councillor Joel Herga has shared that the HMO application in Snakes Lane has been rejected.

"I have been advised by the Redbridge Planning Department that the application for an up to 21 person HMO on Snakes Lane West has been rejected. I know many residents were concerned about this application and I wrote to the Chair of the Planning Committee asking for this application to be reviewed as I too had concerns. I will be continuing to monitor the situation to see if another application is submitted.
